Civil Justice Reform

More Jobs, Not Lawsuits

A More Predictable and Consistent Civil Justice Climate

Business leaders have long recognized the need for a more stable and consistent civil justice climate in Arkansas. Arkansas’ legislature has enacted some meaningful legal reforms over the last decade only to see them struck down by the Arkansas Supreme Court.

The Arkansas State Chamber Foundation serves as an educational tool for the public and a leader in the effort to promote fairness and equity in our Civil Justice System. Achieving a fair and nationally competitive business environment will lead to greater economic success that will accrue to professionals, businesses of all size, healthcare institutions, industries and manufacturers; ultimately, making Arkansas a more attractive and friendly place to do business.
