Adam Storey
Dassault Falcon Jet
Adam Storey is the Manufacturing Engineering Sr. Manager at Dassault Falcon Jet. He graduated in 2000 from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and started at Dassault Falcon Jet right out of college. Adam began his career as an Associate Engineer in the design office. He enjoyed the complex design expectations from their customers and was quickly given more responsibilities within the first couple of years. He led his first team within five years; after three more years, Adam was then promoted to manager over multiple teams.
As the Design Engineering Sr. Manager and with twenty of experience Adam was asked to join the Manufacturing Engineering team as a Sr. Manager. He has been in this role now for two and half years where he has helped to reorganize and increase efficiency. As a leader he feels it is important to always ensure that his teams know he is there to support them, and he is only as good as they are. He always tries to work with his other departments as a “Falcon” family to work towards solutions and the root causes of issues.
Adam and his wife, Brandi, have three girls and one boy: Ava, Ella, Adi, and Zephaniah. They spend a lot of time outdoors camping, boating, hiking, biking, and overall having fun together. They are very active in their local church, where Adam is an Elder and he and his wife are youth leaders. As an engineer Adam enjoys taking time with his kids, showing them how to fix things (cars, mowers, home building, etc…) when they break.
