Cromwell Architects Engineers
Jeff Overton is the Director of Business Development for Cromwell Architects Engineers, where he leads the company’s efforts to develop and execute growth strategies, set business priorities, and facilitate the work of the entire business development and marketing team. Based out of Little Rock, Jeff supports clients in the industrial, education, healthcare, and federal market sectors throughout the state and across the country.
Before joining Cromwell, Jeff spent most of his career with Carrier Corporation in various roles of responsibility. He began his career in manufacturing and product engineering at the Carrier Scroll Compressor plant in Arkadelphia, AR. During his time there, Jeff earned two college degrees that allowed him to move into different corporate divisions and advance his career in sales, business management, and general management. This diverse career progression has enabled Jeff to personally relate to a wide range of clients and champion their missions.
Jeff is a graduate of Southern Arkansas University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and Arkansas State University Three Rivers (previously Ouachita Technical College) with an Associate of Applied Science in Industrial Electronics.
In his free time, Jeff enjoys playing guitar and engaging in outdoor activities such as camping, hunting, golfing, boating, and hiking with his wife Leslie, son Zack, and daughter Allison. He has actively volunteered with Indian Springs Baptist Church for over 17 years as the lead guitarist for the worship band and has served on several committees. Jeff has also volunteered with 99 Balloon’s rEcess program, which serves families experiencing disabilities in their communities. He is a Senior Examiner for the Arkansas Governor’s Quality Award and an active member of the Arkansas Economic Developers and Chamber Executives. In 2021, Jeff joined the board of the Arkansas Aerospace and Defense Alliance.
